By accessing or using Flowly ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Flowly provides an AI-powered chatbot platform that lets you build, embed, and manage chatbots trained on your own content. Features include a knowledge base, analytics, and a JavaScript embed widget.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at jhahariom040@gmail.com of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to transmit harmful, unlawful, or abusive content; to reverse-engineer or resell the platform; to violate any applicable law or third-party rights; or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, design, and content comprising the Flowly platform remain the exclusive property of Flowly and its licensors. Your content (documents, chat transcripts) remains yours. By uploading content you grant Flowly a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.
6. Free Trial & Billing
Flowly offers a 7-day free trial with full Pro access. No credit card is required to start. After the trial, continued access to Pro features requires a paid subscription. Pricing is displayed on the platform. You may cancel at any time.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated responses will always be accurate.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
