We use your data to operate and improve the Service, authenticate your account, process AI responses, provide analytics, send transactional emails (account updates, security alerts), and respond to support requests.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted sub-processors necessary to operate the Service (e.g., Google Generative AI for AI responses, Pinecone for vector search, PostgreSQL hosting). All sub-processors are bound by confidentiality obligations.
5. Cookies
We use session cookies required for authentication and localStorage to persist chatbot session state in the embedded widget. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Chat message history is retained to provide analytics. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is completely secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it.
