Step 1: Copy your embed snippet
From your chatbot dashboard, open the Embed tab and copy the script snippet. This includes chatbot ID, API URL, and position attributes.
Step 2: Add script before closing body tag
Paste the snippet before </body> in your site template. This works in plain HTML and most CMS platforms.
Step 3: Verify behavior
Open your site in an incognito window, send a real question, and confirm the bot response, styling, and placement are correct on desktop and mobile.
Step 4: Track first sessions
After launch, monitor session transcripts and improve weak answers quickly. Early iteration drives fast quality gains.
